Dominick Cardone, owner of Diversified Decorative Finishes Inc., Has been providing high-end Designer concrete flooring since 2000. His background in concrete finishing goes back 45 years, starting as a kid and growing up in his dad Peter Cardone’s Concrete business.
Dominick’s work can be viewed in NYC and surrounding areas. However, he’s completed many projects across the U.S. and several other countries. He uses proprietary installation techniques, which he has adopted over many years of experience.
Over time, Dominick’s skills grew. He started teaching workshops and doing project consulting work nationwide, aside from his hands-on installs, all of which he continues to this day,
Dominick has an eye for design and is a master at color blending, working with some of the top architects and designers in NYC, Miami, and Milan, Italy. Dominick’s hand-crafted finishes on floors and vertical surfaces are Diversified Decorative Finishes signature.
Diversified Decorative Finishes has a diverse customer base, including high-profile clients like Calvin Klien, Georgio Armani, Massimo Bisaccia, Rheem Acra, and Vera Wang.
In 2020, He relocated his company to the Charlotte area of N.C. He continues to create a market that previously didn’t exist—presenting new applications and products to an entirely different client base. He operates from his 5,000 sq ft facility in Monroe, NC, which houses a showroom, warehouse, and professional training facility.
